The first step is to get in touch with us—we’ll walk through our services, see if your home’s a good fit, and go over our fee. If you choose to move forward, you’ll sign a management agreement. We’ll also request access to the property to confirm permits, clean, do an initial inspection, and compile your home’s online listing. We always aim to get your vacation rental up and running as quickly as possible.
Once your home is ready for guests, we will handle everything you need to make a peak profit, like:

You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided (of course!) that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. Other than that, we don’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay. To block out your travel dates, simply call us or send us an email.
As your vacation rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We believe in earning your long-term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. You can cancel your agreement at any time, with 90 days’ notice. We’ll just need to honor any reservations that are already booked at your home for that 90-day window.
